3D Mahjong

Classic Mahjong with 2D and 3D Views

3D Mahjong is a classic tile-matching puzzle with an old-school style and two different ways to view the board. You can play using the clear 2D layout or switch to the pseudo-3D mode for a more dimensional appearance.

The gameplay remains the same in both modes. Find matching pairs of available Mahjong tiles and remove them from the board. Your goal is to continue matching tiles until the entire layout has been cleared.

Choose the View That Works for You

The 2D mode gives you a simple, flat view of the board and can make Mahjong symbols easier to compare at a glance.

The 3D mode displays the same puzzle with added depth, giving the board the distinctive visual style common to classic computer games from the Flash era. It does not change the rules or require you to rotate the board — it is simply another way to view the layout.

You can switch between the two modes and use whichever one helps you recognize matching tiles more easily.

Plan Your Matches

Do not always remove the first pair you find. Mahjong layouts contain blocked tiles, so a better move is often the one that opens access to more pieces.

Look for pairs that expose covered tiles and create new matching possibilities. When several identical tiles are available, consider which combination will leave you with the most options for your next move.

As the board becomes less crowded, new pairs become available and the puzzle gradually opens up.

3D Mahjong is a good choice if you enjoy traditional Mahjong Solitaire and classic browser games with simple, focused gameplay.

Instructions

Match two identical free tiles to remove them from the board. Continue finding matching pairs until all tiles have been cleared.

Only available tiles can be selected, so look carefully at which pieces are blocked by others before making your move.

You can switch between 2D and 3D display modes. Both modes use the same Mahjong matching gameplay — choose the view that makes the board easier for you to read and find pairs.
